DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
1. Delivery Costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our application.
2. Delivery Date. This information will be displayed to you on our application.
3. Delivery Delays:
a. if our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay;
b. if no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will notify you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the product;
c. if you do not collect the product from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we will cancel your order.
How long will my delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 48 to 72 Hrs for orders received before 3 pm on any working day. All orders are tracked so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order
We like to give our customers’ the flexibility of Free Delivery services to orders valued above 200 AED in major parts of UAE at the time of Promotions.
Other than that, we charge delivery charge depends on the product/delivery location.
Note: The Shipping charges are non-refundable in most of the cases other than *free and easy return case; as they shipping charge paid directly to the courier company.
